Booking & Payment

All reservations must be made through our official channels, which include our website, trusted booking platforms, or by contacting us directly. A confirmed reservation may require either full payment in advance or a non-refundable deposit, depending on the terms provided at the time of booking. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport during check-in for verification purposes. We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved digital wallets.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled check-in time will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than forty-eight hours before arrival may result in the forfeiture of any deposit or a cancellation fee. In cases where the guest does not arrive without prior notice (no-show), the booking is considered cancelled, and no refund will be issued. All cancellation policies are clearly outlined at the time of booking and may vary based on the offer or platform used.

Guest Responsibilities

During their stay, guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. This includes keeping the apartment clean, avoiding any form of damage to the furniture or appliances, and adhering to the rules and regulations of the building. Guests must refrain from illegal or disruptive behavior and are required to notify our team immediately in the event of any issues or damages. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from negligence or misuse will be charged to the guest.

Data Protection

We collect only the personal data necessary to manage bookings, process payments, and communicate with our guests. All information is stored securely and is used strictly for operational and legal purposes. We do not share guest data with third parties, with the exception of legal obligations or internal services directly involved in managing the accommodation experience. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your information at every step.

Liability Disclaimer

Greystone Holiday Homes shall not be held responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during a guest’s stay. We are also not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur inside the accommodation. While we aim to provide consistent access to essential services such as electricity, water, and internet, there may be occasional interruptions due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
